Refund policy
This policy applies to licences for the GloBE Top-Up Calculator self-host package sold by Rondanini Publishing® Ltd (“we”, “us”).
1. Try before you buy
Every prospect is offered a private demo tenant — a free, isolated, time-boxed instance of the product with synthetic data shaped to your jurisdictional footprint. The demo tenant gives you full visibility into the product’s capabilities before any payment is made. We strongly encourage you to complete the guided exercise and bring questions to the follow-up call before purchasing a licence.
2. 14-day refund window
If, despite having evaluated the product through a demo tenant, you find that the licensed product does not function as documented, you may request a refund within 14 days of the date the licence and download link were delivered. Refund requests must state the specific documented capability that is not functioning.
3. How to request a refund
Email contact@orbaos.com with the subject line Refund request and include:
- Your name or organisation name
- The email address the licence was delivered to
- Date of purchase
- The specific documented feature that is not functioning
4. Conditions for refund
Refunds are conditional on:
- A signed declaration (email confirmation is sufficient) that all copies of the software — running instances, Docker images, source archives, and backups — have been permanently deleted from all systems under your control
- Confirmation that no derivative works have been created from the licensed materials
We will process the refund within 5–10 business days of receiving the deletion declaration, using the original payment method.
5. After the 14-day window
Refund requests received after the 14-day window are not available. If you encounter a material defect after this period, contact us — we will provide a fix or patch under the support terms of your licence agreement. We do not issue refunds for change of mind, change of business direction, or failure to deploy.
6. Continued use after refund
The licence is terminated upon refund. Any continued use of the software after a refund has been issued constitutes copyright infringement and a breach of contract. We reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including injunctive relief and damages. Institutional licences are traceable to the purchasing entity; your download link, API keys, and all signed URLs are permanently revoked.
7. Private demo tenants
Private demo tenants are provided free of charge and do not carry a refund obligation. They auto-teardown after the agreed engagement window. The 14-day refund window begins on the date the paid licence is delivered, not the demo tenant start date.
